Hi!  I’m Barry Wosk, and I’m running with CentreBC to represent Richmond-Steveston in the 2026 provincial election.

Why? Because I wasn’t satisfied with our polarized options.  After nine years of NDP rule, our province needs a change, but my values aren’t aligned with the BC Conservative Party.  So, I wanted to offer people a real alternative.

I believe many British Columbians are centrists.

What does that mean? It means our political views are not too extreme in either direction. We like to be careful with government spending while recognizing that many people still need help. We understand that a strong economy is the key to our prosperity, but we’re not willing to abandon environmental stewardship of our lands to achieve our goals. We recognize that we are blessed by geography and abundant resources and shouldn’t waste the opportunities those provide.

CentreBC stands for all those things. Come join us as we plot a new course forward, a departure from “business as usual” politics where every British Columbian can thrive.
